Can you even believe we are close enough to the holidays to start planning what to wear for Thanksgiving day and Christmas parties?
I shared a poll between casual or fancy outfit ideas for the holidays, and the vote was almost unanimously in favor of casual. As much as I love to dress up, most of our holiday gatherings are really pretty laid back, too. So I compiled some casual (but still kinda classy - because you know I couldn't help myself. It's Christmas! after all.) outfit ideas for you.

A sad note about my beloved Able Maha Leather Jacket
: The jacket is unfortunately out of stock in most sizes in both black and brown. It is available in the Slate color and in all colors in sizes 1X, 2X, 3X and XXS.

I've had my eye on the slip dress trend this season. And I found a splurge and a saver option for you. Of course, I'm going to recommend the ethically made high quality satin version from Able. But if you're in the market for a cheaper version, this one from Old Navy is a pretty color and is made from rayon. The chest is very narrow so consider sizing up or at least sticking with your regular size.
